Refund Policy

We want you to join a program because it's genuinely right for you. This policy covers what happens if it isn't.

General Policy

Refund eligibility and windows vary by program and are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Where a program offers a specific refund window or guarantee, the terms shared with you at enrolment apply.

Program-Specific Notes

  • AI For Kids: if your child attends every class, submits every assignment, and still cannot launch a website by Day 30, you get a full refund. This guarantee applies to the AI For Kids program specifically.
  • Application-only programs (Agency Boardroom, 21DC EnergyX): because these involve an interview and selection before enrolment, refund terms are confirmed as part of that process.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at flyhigh@socialeagle.in with your enrolment details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
