Programs and Enrolment

• Program fees, schedules, and cohort sizes are as communicated at the time of enrolment and are subject to change for future cohorts.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after payment is received and, where applicable, an interview or application is approved (for example, Agency Boardroom and 21DC EnergyX).

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, frameworks (including but not limited to PROSPER, the Closing Framework, and program curricula), and community content are the property of Social Eagle and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

Code of Conduct

• Community spaces (21DC, DEP, and program cohorts) are expected to be used respectfully. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Our programs are educational in nature. Social Eagle does not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Any examples or member results shared on this site are illustrative and depend on individual effort and circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
